About Beyond
Beyond Chiropractic & Acupuncture was established in 2021 as Dr. Katie Donovan Gooch’s private practice. She is the Owner, Chiropractor, Acupuncurist, and fills many other roles including scheduling and answering texts, phone calls, and emails. Before Dr. Katie started her own practice, she had the opportunity of practicing and learning from Dr. Nicole McCauley at Breath of Life Pregnancy and Pediatric Chiropractic. Beyond is now located within Plaza Towers at 1736 East Sunshine Street, Suite 707 in Springfield, Missouri.

At Beyond we are about more than making joints “pop” or “cracking necks.” Our goal is to achieve optimal alignment by using a tool to apply a low-force to the bones of your spine and extremities.
Acupuncture is an ancient tradition of using ultra thin needles or various forms of pressure to stimulate the flow of energies through the body. We offer both acupuncture as well as other acutherapies including using laser acupuncture and acupressure to achieve balance within the body.
